At the general meeting of Thrane & Thrane held on June 28, 2010, the shareholders resolved to amend the articles of association of Thrane & Thrane A/S to allow the company to use electronic communication with its shareholders.

The use of electronic communication makes it possible for Thrane & Thrane to quickly and efficiently forward financial reports, call general meetings and provide information on important matters.

Moreover, electronic communication has environmental benefits as we do not have to print information and send out letters. Print and postage costs are also reduced.
