Directions

When you arrive at Copenhagen airport you can get to Thrane & Thrane either by metro/bus, taxi or car. The cheapest way is by metro and bus.

By metro and bus

• The Metro station is located at the end of Terminal 3.
• Get off at the "Nørreport st.". The travel time to Nørreport Station in central Copenhagen from the airport is 15 minutes.
• At Nørreport st. take bus 150S for Kokkedal st.
• Get off at the stop named Lundtofteparken. The bus trip will take around 37 minutes.
• Thrane & Thrane is now within walking distance. The walk will take about 6 minutes.

The Metro operates at 4-6 minutes intervals during the day and evening hours and every 15 minutes during the night. The Metro operates from five o'clock in the morning until midnight.  Friday - Sunday the Metro operates round the clock. Tickets for the Metro are available at the Metro station and at the DSB ticket sales counter in Terminal 3. Please note that the ticket machines do not accept notes, only coins and cards such as the Dankort, VISA, etc

By taxi

• You can also take a taxi. The distance is 24 kilometres, and it will take approximately 50 minutes. However, a taxi will be rather expensive - around DKK 300-500 depending on traffic conditions. 

By car

If you have your own car, follow the route description below:

• Follow the road Lufthavnsboulevarden for about 700 m.
• At the roundabout follow the road Indenrigsvej for 300 m.
• Turn right on to the road Amager Landevej, later named Amagerbrogade. Stay on this road for 4.2 km.
• Turn left on to the road Amager Boulevard, later named H.C. Andersens boulevard and Gyldenløvesgade. Stay on this road for 2.1 km.
• Turn right on to the road Nørre Søgade, later named Søtorvet. Stay on this road for 660 m.
• Turn left on to the road Dronning Louises Bro, later named Nørrebrogade. Stay on this road for 400 m.
• Turn right on to the road Fælledvej, later named Sankt Hans Torv. Stay on this road for about 260 m.
• Turn right on to the road Nørre Allé, after 1.7 km there is an intersection, proceed straight out and follow the road Lyngbyvej for about 800 m.
• Take freeway number 19, stay on this freeway for 7.1 km.
• Later the freeway will be named E47/E55 North towards Hillerød/Helsingør. Stay on this road for 2.7 km.
• Turn aside at exit 15.
• Turn left on to the road Vejporten. Stay on this road for about 300 m.
• Turn left on to the road Lundtoftevej. Stay on this road for about 200 m.
• Turn left on to the road Lundtoftegårdsvej.
• After 600 m you will be able to see the Thrane & Thrane building.
